The handsome metal housing is rugged, stable, and easy to clean. The large 2 1/4 inch deamter flat cutting burrs deatue long life and superb grind consistency. Burrs can be adjusted to compersate for wear, or calibrated to meet stringent specialty coffee association of america guidelines for espresso and French Press grinds. The grinder has 15 grind sizes to produce coffee from coarse grind to coffee ideal for espresso.
