(ONLY AT VINOTEMP) PERFECT FOR A RESTAURANT or Home. Individual redwood /aluminum wine racking system Wine Mate wine cooling unit. Vinotemp wine cabinets are engineered with an insulation factor of 12. Wine Mate cooling units are top of the line, and are NOT imported. The wine racks are constructed with wood which is then interlocked with the aluminum to create a robust rack. The unit is already upgraded to 3 3/4 racking so that more of the new wines can fit in your cellar. You will loose bottle capacity, but your bottles will fit more easily in the racks. If you are placing your unit in the garage, we recommend a higher R factor insulation and upgrade your cooling unit to the Wine Mate 2500.
