The lower oven features convection cooking for uniform browning, excellent baking, and roasting times that are up to 30 percent shorter than a conventional oven's. Both ovens are self-cleaning with adjustable levels (light, medium, heavy) and feature PreciseBake and PreciseBroil for improved cooking results. The cooktop includes five burners: one 5,000-BTU burner with 600-BTU simmer setting, two 9,200-BTU burners, one 12,000-BTU burner and one 16,000-BTU Power Boost? burner to handle big cooking jobs.
