This 16 inch electric skillet fries, bakes, grills, roasts and makes one dish meals with ease. It features an EverNu cover that is so ultra-sturdy it will not dent, warp, bend, or peel. The high dome cover will easily accommodate large roasts, ham, and poultry. The heavy cast aluminum base is virtually warp proof. Accurate cooking temperatures are maintained with the Control master heat control. Stick-free cooking and easy cleaning are assured with the deluxe nonstick finish, inside and out. Skillets are fully immersible and dishwasher safe when the heat control is removed.
